● Use a tracked shipping service.
● If we confirm the claim is valid, we’ll reimburse your reasonable return postage.
Customer Responsibilities:
● Back up your data before sending the device; we cannot guarantee data retention.
● Remove SIM cards and memory cards; we’re not liable for their loss.
● Provide timely responses to any queries during the assessment process.
Assessment & resolution:
● We’ll inspect the device within 5 working days of receipt.
● If the fault is covered, we’ll — at our discretion — repair, replace the faulty part/device, or refund the original repair
cost.
● If the fault is not covered, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding with any further work
Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original repair price. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as data loss, loss of earnings, or consequential damages.
This warranty is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

If a device is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Act. However, to protect our business and ensure clarity, we do not accept returns on devices unless they are faulty. In cases where a customer is unhappy with the device but it is not faulty, we may offer an exchange or a credit note at our discretion.
