At WeFixYourGadget, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If a manufacturing defect or functional issue arises during the warranty period, you may be eligible for a warranty claim.

Warranty periods vary by brand and product type:

  • Screen / battery repairs come with a 12-month warranty on both parts and labour,
    effective from the date the repair is finished
  • Motherboard repairs and level 3 repairs come with a 3-month warranty.
  • The warranty guards against defects that can be traced directly to our service—such as a faulty replacement component or an error in workmanship.
  • If device has Liquid damage then there’s no warranty on the repair unless stated on
    receipt.

The warranty becomes invalid if any of the following occur after we return the device to you:

Accidental damage

 

Liquid or moisture exposure

 

Unauthorised modifications or repairs

 

Installation of non-original parts

Drops, cracks, pressure damage, impact dents
 
Spills, rain, immersion, humidity-re lated corrosion
 
Any work carried out by a third party, jail-breaking, rooting
 
Screens,batteries or other components not supplied or fitted by us

What You’ll Need:

  • A valid purchase receipt from WeFixYourGadget.
  • Proof of Purchase: Mandatory for claim processing (copy of your receipt)
  • Item Return: Return the item with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Fault Description:
Provide a detailed description of the fault (photos or a short video help speed things up)

Get in touch:

  • Your repair invoice or receipt number

Return the device (if requested):

● Use a tracked shipping service.
● If we confirm the claim is valid, we’ll reimburse your reasonable return postage.

Customer Responsibilities:

● Back up your data before sending the device; we cannot guarantee data retention.
● Remove SIM cards and memory cards; we’re not liable for their loss.
● Provide timely responses to any queries during the assessment process.

Assessment & resolution:

● We’ll inspect the device within 5 working days of receipt.
● If the fault is covered, we’ll — at our discretion — repair, replace the faulty part/device, or refund the original repair
cost.
● If the fault is not covered, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding with any further work

Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original repair price. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as data loss, loss of earnings, or consequential damages.

This warranty is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

At Wefixyourgadget we ensure all new and pre-owned devices are thoroughly tested and in proper working condition before sale. To give you peace of mind, we provide a limited warranty on all devices sold.

Our warranty covers hardware-related issues that arise through no fault of the user, including:

• Internal component failure
• Charging issues not caused by physical damage
• Battery performance issues (for non-removable batteries)
• Devices not powering on due to internal fault
 
Warranty Periods (depending on device type and condition):
• New and A/B grade Devices: Up to 12 months warranty
• Second-Hand Grade c and below Devices: 30 to 90 days warranty (based on device grade)
The warranty is voided immediately if:
 
• The device shows any signs of liquid damage (e.g., corrosion, moisture under screen, water indicators triggered)
• There is physical damage, including but not limited to:
• Cracked screens or glass backs
• Deep scratches or dents
• Broken buttons, cameras, or ports due to impact
• Bent frames or housing
• The device has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by a third party
• The issue is caused by user mishandling, drops, or neglect

Under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to certain rights when purchasing goods. All devices must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a device is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Act. However, to protect our business and ensure clarity, we do not accept returns on devices unless they are faulty. In cases where a customer is unhappy with the device but it is not faulty, we may offer an exchange or a credit note at our discretion. This policy is in place to safeguard against misuse and to ensure we can continue offering quality products and fair pricing to all our customers
